SLAYRAD™ Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping of $14.95 for all orders within the continental U.S.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

International Shipping
Currently, SLAYRAD™ ships only within the United States.
International orders are not accepted at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues & Disclaimer
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact SLAYRAD™ Customer Support at sales@originalslayrad.com within 7 days of delivery.
SLAYRAD™ is not responsible for delays or loss caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
Shipping dates are estimates only. By placing an order, you agree that delivery times may vary.

California-Specific Notice
Under California law, you are entitled to receive your goods within the estimated delivery window, but SLAYRAD™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.
This shipping policy does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under California consumer protection law, including Civil Code § 1723–1725.
