Refund policy

Return & Restocking Policy

A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns, except for items that are damaged during shipment or defective. Items returned due to shipping damage or defects will receive a full refund, with no restocking fee.

For returns not related to shipping damage or defects, the following conditions apply:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds for these returns will be issued minus the applicable restocking fee.

This policy is provided in accordance with California consumer protection laws and does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products under California law.
