SLAYRAD™ fits standard 4C wall-unit compartments and pedestal cluster boxes about 12 in wide, 3 in tall and 15 in deep. Open your door and measure inside width, height and depth. The fit is deliberately tight — if any one of your three numbers comes in under ours, the insert will not go in.

HONEST LIMITS
What it deters — and what it doesn't
Stops
- A drilled, pried or snapped compartment lock
- A stolen or copied master key that opens the whole cluster unit
- Fishing letters out of an open compartment
- A pried or bypassed carrier door
Does not stop
- Packages — the insert holds letters, 9 × 12 envelopes, magazines and catalogs only; packages in a parcel locker or on your doorstep are unprotected
- Very thick flats or bundles that will not pass a 3/4 × 9 in slot; your carrier may leave those loose in the compartment
- Theft of mail before it reaches your box, including outgoing mail dropped in a blue collection box
- A cluster unit that is pried open, cut, or carried off whole
- A carrier being robbed of an arrow key
- Mail fishing from other residents' compartments
What about packages?
SLAYRAD™ holds letters and flats, not packages — the compartment is only about 3 in tall. Packages go where they already go: the cluster unit's parcel locker. Your carrier puts the package in the locker and drops that locker's key into your compartment. With SLAYRAD™ installed, the key drops through the slot and is locked inside with your mail. The locker key and its tag pass through the slot.
THE CARRIER
Will my carrier still deliver?
Your carrier needs no key and no extra step — mail goes through the slot the same way it goes through a door slot. No USPS rule prohibits it; the rule that applies is POM §632.21, quoted in our FAQ.

AFTER YOU BUY
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, which covers the cost of shipping the item back. Once a unit has been installed it cannot be returned — the side plates bond to your compartment wall, so an installed insert cannot be resold. If an installed unit fails because of how it was made, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and it is covered. Items damaged in shipping or defective on arrival get a full refund with no fee. Contact sales@originalslayrad.com to start a return.
